Pinnegar to lead National Apartment Association

Current COO to replace retiring CEO Doug Culkin; pledges to grow group's advocacy voice Pinnegar The $28M-revenue National Apartment Association has named COO Bob Pinnegar as its next CEO. He will succeed Doug Culkin, who plans to retire from the Arlington, Va.-based association at the end of the year. Pinnegar joined NAA in 2011 as COO.
